TECHNICAL SPECS
Koroyd® — Koroyd® provides superior impact absorption, design flexibility, and ventilation when compared to materials traditionally used in helmet construction. By utilizing crumple-zone cylinders that crush uniformly on impact, Koroyd® manages energy more efficiently with less volume than any other protection material on the market. Unlike traditional protection materials, Koroyd® cylinders absorb and convert more kinetic energy, while increasing airflow and reducing overall weight. Not all helmets are created equal.

MIPS® Equipped — MIPS® (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) Designed to add protection against rotational motion transferred to the brain. Rotational motion affects the brain and increase the risk for minor and severe brain injuries. When implemented in a helmet, the MIPS® BPS can reduce rotational motion by redirecting energies and forces otherwise transferred to the brain.

Vaporfit™ — Crafted with ease-of-use and superior comfort in mind, the VaporFit™ system relies on a tried-and-true rotary dial adjustment system integrated with a tuned elastic fit using engineered shapes. Each VaporFit™ system has a full 5cm of rotary adjustability.
Additionally, the system can be moved up/down or forward/backward at the attachment points. The final result is increased comfort with a personalized, secure fit. 

AirEvac — Goggles fog when standard helmets trap warm, moist air in the goggle chamber. Smith’s AirEvac ventilation systems generate maximum airflow and pull warm, fog-causing air out of the goggle. The warm air is allowed to exhaust out of the top of the goggle and begin its path through the helmet’s AirEvac system.

Warranty — Smith is committed to quality, and we’ve built our reputation on long-lasting, high-performing products. All Smith sunglasses, goggles, and helmets are covered for the lifetime of the product to be free from manufacturer’s defects, and we will replace defective product at no charge (taxes and shipping not included).
Smith has sole discretion to determine what qualifies as a manufacturer’s defect, and only products purchased from an authorized Smith dealer are covered by our lifetime warranty. If your warranty claim is approved, you will be provided a warranty voucher good for use on one comparable product that was returned. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and taxes of the replacement order.
