If you just want one board to do it all, but want a board you can push to perform? Look no further than the new Nidecker Escape Plus. Nidecker took the versatile blueprint of the Escape, beefed it up and added some tech to it. Enter the Nidecker Escape Plus. A slightly stiffer version than its little brother, with more pop and dampening built in it for finding your limits on the snow. The first thing you’ll notice is the beautiful walnut veneer topsheet. Alongside the Pop Carbon Plus inlays at each end, it works to dampen chatter and other vibrations. Nidecker dialed in their camber and triax fiberglass weave to keep it feeling responsive on edge and provide plenty of ollie power when you need to get airborne. A 10 mm set back stance offers just a little more lift when charging through freshies in the morning, but still leaves plenty of workable tail if you want to switch it up in the park later in the day.

TECHNICAL SPECS
Positive Camber – Positive Camber is the bedrock for performance snowboards. Its extra grip and powerful response have made it the default choice for riders looking for optimum carving performance. Nidecker adds 8 to 10 cm flat transitions at the contact points to their camber profile, delivering the ultimate in precision, edge hold and stability.

N-7000 Base – Developed exclusively for Nidecker, the N-7000 is an extremely tough, sintruded base with added carbon nanoparticles that provide exceptional glide.

Master Core – The Master Core construction is a product of Nicecker’s long history of experimentation in materials and woodcraft. It’s the perfect harmony of different wood densities and varieties (poplar, beech, spruce, and paulownia), resulting in a superior weight-to-performance-to power ratio, and an ultra-strong, extra-responsive, lightweight core.

Triax Plus Glass – The Triax laminate is oriented at 45° to the board, and contains different glass densities. This provides consistent torsional flex, better pop, and more reactivity on every turn.
